By completing a purchase on docxdrop.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every purchase made on this platform.
Nature of Our Products
docxdrop.com sells professional digital templates exclusively. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files — Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion workspaces, Word documents, and PDF booklets. No physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or returned.
Because digital files are transferred to you instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense — once downloaded, a copy exists on your device — the standard physical-retail refund model does not apply to our business.
Every product page on docxdrop.com includes:
- A clear product title specifying the file format (Excel, PDF, Notion, etc.)
- A written description of all included files, tabs, sections, and features
- A preview image or screenshot showing the actual product layout
- A full breakdown of what is covered and what is not
You are purchasing with full visibility of what you are receiving. We hold ourselves to a high standard of product description accuracy, and we expect buyers to review product listings before completing a purchase.
No-Refund Policy
All sales on docxdrop.com are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded, no refund will be issued.
The following are not valid grounds for a refund:
- You changed your mind after downloading the file
- You purchased the wrong product and have already downloaded it
- You decided the product was not what you needed after use
- You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price
- You do not have the software required to open the file (file formats are stated on every product page)
- You expected different functionality not described in the product listing
- You are requesting a refund after the 7-day claim window has passed
We are transparent about what each product contains before you buy it. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, contact us at swastoday@gmail.com and we will answer promptly.
Valid Exceptions
We will review and honour refund or replacement requests where the following can be demonstrated:
Corrupted or Broken File
The downloaded file is corrupt, unreadable, or cannot be opened despite using the correct, up-to-date software. You must provide evidence of the error (e.g., a screenshot of the error message). We will first attempt to provide a corrected replacement file. If that is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Material Mismatch from Product Description
The product you received is substantially and materially different from what was described on the product page — for example, a product listed as a 7-tab Excel workbook delivered as a single-tab file, or a product described as including formulas that contains none. Minor differences in styling or layout do not qualify.
Technical Delivery Failure
Your payment was successfully processed but you did not receive a download link and cannot access the file after contacting us. We will resolve all delivery issues as a priority.
Accidental Duplicate Purchase
You accidentally purchased the same product twice and the duplicate has not yet been downloaded. Contact us immediately with both order numbers. We will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
How to Submit a Refund Claim
To submit a valid refund claim, email swastoday@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Your email must include:
Your full name and the email address used at checkout
Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
The specific product name
A clear description of the issue
Supporting evidence where applicable (screenshots, error messages)
We review all refund requests within 3 business days. If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund requests that do not include the information above, or that are submitted after the 7-day window, will not be processed.
Replacements Before Refunds
Where a product issue can be resolved by providing a corrected or replacement file, we will always attempt that first.
We are committed to delivering a product that works as described — a replacement is often faster and more useful than a refund. If the replacement does not resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly at swastoday@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication, and a chargeback process is slower and more disruptive for all parties.
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact and is determined to be without valid grounds under this policy, docxdrop reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and restrict future access to the platform for that account.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under South African consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, to the extent that those rights apply to digital goods.
