docxdrop.com sells professional digital templates exclusively. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files — Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion workspaces, Word documents, and PDF booklets. No physical goods are manufactured, packaged, or shipped. Ever.
This means there is no shipping address to enter, no courier involved, no tracking number, and no waiting for a package to arrive. Your purchase is available for download the moment your payment is confirmed.
If you are looking for a shipping cost, a delivery timeframe, or a tracking number — none of those apply to docxdrop.com. Delivery is instant, global, and digital.
How Delivery Works
When you complete a purchase on docxdrop.com, the following happens automatically:
- Your payment is processed securely through our checkout system.
- A purchase confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- A secure, time-limited download link is included in that confirmation email.
- You click the download link and save your file(s) to your device.
- Your purchase is complete. No further action is required from us.
Download links are generated and sent by WooCommerce, our e-commerce platform, automatically upon payment confirmation. docxdrop does not manually fulfil orders.
Please ensure you provide a valid, accessible email address at checkout. If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Supported File Formats
Depending on the product purchased, your download may include one or more of the following file formats:
- Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) — requires Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, or compatible software
- Google Sheets — delivered as a shareable Google Sheets link; requires a free Google account
- Notion workspace — delivered as a shareable Notion template link; requires a free Notion account
- Microsoft Word (.docx) — requires Microsoft Word or compatible software
- PDF (.pdf) — requires a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
File formats are clearly stated on every product page before purchase. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software to open and use the files you purchase. Software compatibility is not grounds for a refund. If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your setup, contact us before purchasing at swastoday@gmail.com.
Download Link Validity
For security purposes, download links are valid for a limited period after purchase. You should download and save your files to your device promptly after receiving your confirmation email.
Important: If your download link expires before you have had the opportunity to access your files, contact us at swastoday@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you. We do not guarantee indefinite re-download access, and we strongly recommend saving your purchased files in a secure location immediately after download.
Worldwide Availability
Because all delivery is digital, docxdrop.com can serve customers anywhere in the world — as long as you have internet access and a valid email address, you can purchase and receive our products.
There are no geographic restrictions on delivery. No import duties, customs fees, or cross-border shipping charges apply. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Pricing on docxdrop.com is displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location. These are checkout charges, not shipping or handling charges.
Delivery Issues
Confirmation Email Not Received
If you do not receive your confirmation email and download link within 10 minutes of completing your purchase:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Verify that the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
- Contact us at swastoday@gmail.com with your full name, the email address used at checkout, and proof of payment (e.g. a bank statement or payment screenshot).
We will locate your order and resend your download link promptly.
Download Link Not Working
If your download link is broken, returns an error, or does not produce a usable file:
- Try accessing the link from a different browser or device.
- If the issue persists, contact us at swastoday@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the error.
We will investigate and provide a replacement link or file within 3 business days.
Payment Processed but No Email Received
In rare cases, a payment may be processed successfully but the automated confirmation email may fail to send. This is a technical delivery failure and we will resolve it as a priority. Contact us immediately at swastoday@gmail.com with your order number or payment reference. We will confirm receipt of payment and issue your download link manually.
No Physical Shipping — Consumer Protection Note
Because docxdrop.com does not ship physical goods, standard physical retail consumer protections relating to delivery timeframes, carrier liability, and physical returns do not apply to our business.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under South African law — including relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 as they apply to digital goods — are not excluded or limited by this policy.
