Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using docxdrop.com, browsing the Site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products & Purchases

docxdrop.com sells digital products only. All Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.

When you purchase a Product, you are purchasing a licence to use that Product as defined in Section 04. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying files, designs, or intellectual property.

• All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Payment must be made in full before a download link is issued.
• docxdrop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
• Download links are valid for a limited period after purchase. Please save your files promptly after download.

Licence & Usage Rights

Upon purchasing a Product, docxdrop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use that Product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Under this licence, you may:

• Download and use the Product for your own personal, professional, or business purposes.
• Modify the template to suit your specific needs.
• Use the template to produce documents or outputs for your clients as part of your own service delivery.
• Print or distribute outputs created using the template within your organisation.

Unless you have purchased a specific Extended or Commercial Licence, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the original template files with any third party.
• Include the templates in any product or bundle that you sell, give away, or offer to others.
• Upload the templates to any file-sharing platform, marketplace, or repository.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original template design.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using docxdrop.com or any of its Products:

• Reproducing, copying, or duplicating any part of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Using any malicious or unauthorised automated tool to disrupt, scrape, or attack the Site or its infrastructure.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

docxdrop reserves the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without notice and without refund.

Refunds & Returns

Because all Products on docxdrop.com are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

However, we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• The file was significantly corrupted, damaged, or not as described on the product page.
• The file could not be opened or used due to a technical error on our end.
• A duplicate purchase was made in error and the file has not yet been downloaded.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase, or for reasons outside the above criteria, are at the sole discretion of docxdrop and may be declined. We do not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind after download.

Intellectual Property

All Content on docxdrop.com — including but not limited to template designs, graphics, text, layouts, brand assets, and code — is the intellectual property of docxdrop.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The docxdrop name, logo, slogan ("Drop in. Get to work."), and all associated brand marks are trademarks of docxdrop.com. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a Product grants you a licence to use that Product as described in Section 04. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer

The Site and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

docxdrop does not warrant that:

• The Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• The information or templates on the Site are accurate, complete, or current.
• The Products are suitable for every specific use case or jurisdiction.
• Any errors in the Site or Products will be corrected.

Templates available on docxdrop.com are provided for general professional use. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice. You are responsible for adapting any template to your specific circumstances and for seeking appropriate professional advice where required.

Limitation of Liability
